Do you have, or are you thinking about, a Direct Payment or Individual Service Fund (ISF)? Direct Payments and ISFs give you choice and control over your care. We’re here to help you use them in a way that works best for you.

If you have a Direct Payment, or are thinking about getting one, you don’t have to manage it alone. We offer free support, and you choose how much help you want from us.

If you choose an ISF, we will work with you to design your care and support in the way you want. You stay in charge of the decisions, and we take care of the rest. You don’t have to be an employer or worry about the paperwork. We fully manage everything, so you can focus on living your life your way.

Support planning and brokerage

We can help you get clear on what matters to you, and then make it happen.

Support planning is all about your wants, needs, and goals. We’ll work with you to build a personalised plan. Your plan will support your wellbeing and help you live your way.

Brokerage is about putting that plan into action. We’ll find the support you would like and organise it around your schedule.

Finding and recruiting the right PA for you

If you want a PA we can help you find and recruit one.

Finding a PA – we have a pool of trained and vetted PAs, ready for you to access. We can help match you with the right PA in your area to suit your needs.

PA recruitment – we can support you at every stage of hiring or contracting a PA. This includes:

• Writing the job advert

• Posting the role

• Supporting you during interviews
